Tonight, I tried to make a strawberry-rhubarb coffee cake for Z to eat. I burned a half-inch-thick-charcoal crust along the base of it.

Disappointing. Maybe he'll pretend he can't see the blackened base and eat it anyway. "Mmmm, good, honey!"
