Today I've learned something Powerful.

After all the choices I've made, and the way He lets me make my own choices even when He knows I'll mess it up while the world turns to mush in my hands--the one thing I know without a doubt is the grace of God, and His forgiveness. His redemption keeps me going.

"He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins." (Colossians 1:13-14)

And at the end of the day, and at the dawn of each new morning, when I don't know how to turn myself out of the bedclothes or how to bear up under the pressures of the world, I realize I am not alone. I don't have to ever be--alone. He has placed me in the middle of the Faithful, and reminds me daily that Love keeps our feet moving forward, puts our heads back on our shoulders, and shoves my glasses up my nose as I enter each blessed moment.

"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with one another and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."(Colossians 3:12-14)
